(hereinafter collectively referred to as \"personal data\").<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract. Unless the Buyer chooses otherwise, the Buyer also consents to the processing of personal data by the Seller for the purpose of sending information and commercial communications to the Buyer. Consent to the processing of personal data in its entirety in accordance with this Article is not a condition that would in itself prevent the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to provide his personal data (when ordering from the store's web interface) correctly and truthfully and that he is obliged to inform the seller immediately of any changes to his personal data.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Seller may delegate the processing of the Buyer's personal data to a third party as processor. With the exception of the persons transporting the goods, the Seller shall not disclose personal data to third parties without the Buyer's prior consent.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Personal data is processed for an indefinite period of time. Personal data is processed in electronic form by automated means or in paper form by non-automated means.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The buyer confirms that the personal data provided is correct and that he has been informed that the provision of personal data is voluntary.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>If the Buyer believes that the Seller or the Processor is processing its personal data in a manner contrary to the protection of the Buyer's private and personal life or in violation of the law, in particular if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, the Buyer may:<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>request a declaration from the seller or processor,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>request the seller or processor to remedy the defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the buyer requests information about the processing of his personal data, the seller is obliged to provide him with this information. The seller shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for providing the information in accordance with the preceding sentence, which shall not exceed the costs required to provide the information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o The protection of personal data of the buyer, who is a natural or legal person, is provided by Act No. 101\/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o The buyer agrees to the processing of the following personal data: name and surname, residential address, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number. (hereinafter collectively referred to as \"personal data\").<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the Seller for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations under the Purchase Agreement. Unless the Buyer chooses otherwise, the Buyer also consents to the processing of personal data by the Seller for the purpose of sending information and commercial communications to the Buyer. Consent to the processing of personal data in its entirety according to this article is not a condition that would in itself prevent the conclusion of the purchase contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o The Buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to provide his personal data (when placing an order from the web interface of the store) correctly and truthfully and that he is obliged to inform the Seller without undue delay of any change in his personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o The Seller may delegate the processing of the Buyer's personal data to a third party as a processor. Except for the persons transporting the goods, personal data will not be passed on to third parties by the seller without the prior consent of the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period of time. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in hard copy form in a non-automated manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o The purchaser confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he\/she has been informed that this is a voluntary provision of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o In the event that the Buyer believes that the Seller or the Processor is carrying out processing of his\/her personal data which is contrary to the protection of the Buyer's private and personal life or contrary to the law, in particular if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, the Buyer may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>request an explanation from the seller or processor,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>require the seller or processor to remedy the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o If the buyer requests information about the processing of his\/her personal data, the seller is obliged to provide him\/her with this information. The seller has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the provision of the information under the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OCHRANA OSOBN\u00cdCH \u00daDAJ\u016e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ochrana osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f kupuj\u00edc\u00edho, kter\u00fd je fyzickou \u010di pr\u00e1vnickou osobou, je poskytov\u00e1na z\u00e1konem \u010d. 101\/2000 Sb., o ochran\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, ve zn\u011bn\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f.<ul><li>Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed souhlas\u00ed se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bchto sv\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f: jm\u00e9no a p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed, adresa bydli\u0161t\u011b, identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo, da\u0148ov\u00e9 identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo, adresa elektronick\u00e9 po\u0161ty, telefonn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo. (d\u00e1le spole\u010dn\u011b v\u0161e jen jako \"<strong>osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje<\/strong>\").<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed souhlas\u00ed se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm, a to pro \u00fa\u010dely realizace pr\u00e1v a povinnost\u00ed z kupn\u00ed smlouvy. Nezvol\u00ed-li kupuj\u00edc\u00ed jinou mo\u017enost, souhlas\u00ed se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm tak\u00e9 pro \u00fa\u010dely zas\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed a obchodn\u00edch sd\u011blen\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00edmu. Souhlas se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f v cel\u00e9m rozsahu dle tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku nen\u00ed podm\u00ednkou, kter\u00e1 by sama o sob\u011b znemo\u017e\u0148ovala uzav\u0159en\u00ed kupn\u00ed smlouvy.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed bere na v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee je povinen sv\u00e9 osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje (p\u0159i objedn\u00e1vce proveden\u00e9 z webov\u00e9ho rozhran\u00ed obchodu) uv\u00e1d\u011bt spr\u00e1vn\u011b a pravdiv\u011b a \u017ee je povinen bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu informovat prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho o zm\u011bn\u011b ve sv\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u00edch.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f kupuj\u00edc\u00edho m\u016f\u017ee prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed pov\u011b\u0159it t\u0159et\u00ed osobu, jako\u017eto zpracovatele. Krom\u011b osob dopravuj\u00edc\u00edch zbo\u017e\u00ed nebudou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm bez p\u0159edchoz\u00edho souhlasu kupuj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1ny t\u0159et\u00edm osob\u00e1m.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje budou zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny po dobu neur\u010ditou. Osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje budou zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny v elektronick\u00e9 podob\u011b automatizovan\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem nebo v ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 podob\u011b neautomatizovan\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed potvrzuje, \u017ee poskytnut\u00e9 osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje jsou p\u0159esn\u00e9 a \u017ee byl pou\u010den o tom, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o dobrovoln\u00e9 poskytnut\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee by se kupuj\u00edc\u00ed domn\u00edval, \u017ee prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed nebo zpracovatel prov\u00e1d\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed jeho osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 je v rozporu s ochranou soukrom\u00e9ho a osobn\u00edho \u017eivota kupuj\u00edc\u00edho nebo v rozporu se z\u00e1konem, zejm\u00e9na jsou-li osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje nep\u0159esn\u00e9 s ohledem na \u00fa\u010del jejich zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee:<ul><li>po\u017e\u00e1dat prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho nebo zpracovatele o vysv\u011btlen\u00ed,<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>po\u017eadovat, aby prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed nebo zpracovatel odstranil takto vznikl\u00fd stav.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1-li kupuj\u00edc\u00ed o informaci o zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, je mu prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed povinen tuto informaci p\u0159edat. Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo za poskytnut\u00ed informace podle p\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u011bty po\u017eadovat p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou \u00fahradu nep\u0159evy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1klady nezbytn\u00e9 na poskytnut\u00ed informace.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DATENSCHUTZERKL\u00c4RUNG Der Schutz der personenbezogenen Daten des K\u00e4ufers, der eine nat\u00fcrliche oder juristische Person ist, wird durch das Gesetz Nr. 101\/2000 Slg. \u00fcber den Schutz personenbezogener Daten in seiner ge\u00e4nderten Fassung gew\u00e4hrleistet.
