Our large green olives are traditionally processed and then preserved in extra virgin olive oil with wild mountain oregano and rosemary.
An intense, Mediterranean taste experience.
Traditional production
Carefully selected olives are lightly scored and soaked for several weeks to remove natural bitterness.
They are then matured in brine and marinated in our aromatic marinade.
