Greek mountain tea

Traditional herbal tea from the mountainous regions of Greece. Obtained from the wild Sideritis plant, which develops its mild, aromatic profile under intense sun and in mineral-rich soil.

When infused, the flowers and leaves develop a fine, natural freshness and a pleasantly gentle herbal aroma. An integral part of Mediterranean tea culture for centuries.

Sideritis contains natural plant substances such as polyphenols and antioxidants and is traditionally valued for digestion, the immune system and relaxation.

Preparation: Pour hot water over 1-2 stalks, leave to infuse for 5-8 minutes, add honey or lemon to taste.
