Unsere großen grünen Oliven werden traditionell verarbeitet und anschließend in nativem Olivenöl extra mit wildem Berg-Oregano und Rosmarin eingelegt.
Ein intensives, mediterranes Geschmackserlebnis.
Traditionelle Herstellung
Sorgfältig ausgewählte Oliven werden leicht eingeritzt und mehrere Wochen gewässert, um natürliche Bitterstoffe zu entfernen.
Anschließend reifen sie in Salzlösung und werden in unsere aromatische Marinade eingelegt.
